1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Trakkon mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Trakkon is a dispatch and equipment management platform intended for use by authorized organizations and their staff. Access is granted on a per-account basis. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's policies.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify your organization administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Trakkon is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.
4. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your credentials with unauthorized individuals.
- Use the App to transmit false, misleading, or harmful information.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
- Use the App in any manner that could disrupt or overload our systems.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are the exclusive property of Trakkon and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Trakkon does not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trakkon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
