Trakkon operates the Trakkon mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

- Name, email address, and role provided during registration.
- Organization (account) and department affiliation.
b) Usage Data
- Call records, equipment assignments, and activity logs created within the App as part of your organization's operations.
- Device type, operating system, and app version for diagnostic purposes.
c) Device Permissions
- Camera: used to take photos for equipment updates and QR code scanning.
- Photo Library: used to attach images to equipment records.
- Push Notifications: used to deliver real-time call and assignment alerts.
- Location: not collected or stored.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality.
- Deliver push notifications for call assignments and status updates.
- Support multi-organization (multitenant) data isolation.
- Diagnose technical issues and improve performance.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers (e.g., Firebase for push notifications) under confidentiality agreements.
- Your organization's administrators, who have access to their account data.
- Authorities when required by law.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained as long as your organization's account is active. Upon account termination, data may be deleted within 90 days unless otherwise required by law.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted transmission (HTTPS), token-based authentication, and secure credential storage on device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore).
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
